What should I expect at my first activity?

A small group of 4 to 6 women, all meeting for the first time. One thoughtfully curated activity — pottery, a themed dinner, comedy night, whatever feels right. We handle every detail. You just show up.

How does matching work?

When you take the quiz, we learn about your chapter of life, your energy, your neighbourhood, and what you’re looking for. We match you with women who share your season — same life stage, same vibe, close to you. No swiping. No random strangers.

Is this a dating app or a networking app?

Neither. Nobody comes to pitch anything or swipe on anyone. Seasons is built for one thing: real female friendship. The activities are curated, the groups are intimate, and nobody knows each other yet — that’s the whole point.

Does the membership include the activities?

Your membership gives you access to the village — the matching, the community, and the platform. Each activity is priced separately based on what it is — you’ll always see the cost before you book. Members get 15–50% off every experience.

What if I don’t click with my group?

Tell us. We’ll personally follow up and make sure your next experience feels better aligned. If after 14 days it doesn’t feel right, we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.

Where is Seasons available?

London and San Francisco. More cities are coming. Take the questionnaire — if we’re not in your city yet, you’ll be first to know when we arrive.

Is Seasons only for women?

Yes. Studies show that close female friendships reduce cortisol levels, strengthen immune function, and significantly extend life expectancy. Women with strong female bonds make better decisions, exit bad situations sooner, and report a higher sense of self-preservation. We’re building the village women have been missing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Seasons. By accessing or using our website at ourseasons.app, our mobile application (available on iOS, App ID: 6745645747), or any of our related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Seasons (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Seasons is a women-only social club. To use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must identify as a woman.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.
You must not have been previously banned or removed from the Services for violating these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You must reside in or be willing to attend events in one of our operating cities: London, Paris, or San Francisco.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse service at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
All activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorize them.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe the rights of other members.
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, another user, or any other person or entity.
Use the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Seasons, including solicitation, advertising, or promotion of goods or services.
Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.
Scrape, data mine, or use automated means to access the Services without our express written permission.
Post or transmit content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement — are owned by Seasons, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Seasons name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Seasons. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@seasons.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Seasons, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
Any content obtained from the Services.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Seasons does not warrant that the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the results of using the Services will meet your requirements. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with other members both online and at in-person events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

For members residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or domicile.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by posting a notice on the Services, sending you an email, or through a push notification in the app. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services and should contact us to terminate your account.
