The Seasons name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Seasons. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@seasons.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Seasons, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Seasons does not warrant that the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the results of using the Services will meet your requirements. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with other members both online and at in-person events.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
For members residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or domicile.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by posting a notice on the Services, sending you an email, or through a push notification in the app. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services and should contact us to terminate your account.
