Payment information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Other members: Certain profile information (such as your first name, profile photo, and general interests) may be visible to other Seasons members for the purpose of facilitating community connections. You can control the visibility of certain information through your account settings.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your use of the Services. Specifically, we use:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to collect anonymized usage data, including page views, session duration, user demographics, and event tracking. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Meta Pixel (Facebook): We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel collects data about your interactions with our website, which may be used by Meta to deliver targeted advertising. You can manage your ad preferences through your Facebook Ad Settings.
Local storage: We use browser local storage to persist your quiz progress and preferences locally on your device so you can resume where you left off. This data is stored under the key “seasons-quiz” and is not transmitted to our servers until you create an account.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. However, disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Services.

Secure authentication through Firebase Authentication with support for multi-factor authentication.

Account data is retained for the duration of your membership and for up to 12 months after account deletion to allow for account recovery.
Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
Analytics data is retained in anonymized form and is not subject to deletion requests.
Quiz data submitted before account creation is stored locally on your device and is only synced to our servers upon account creation.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. Seasons operates in London, Paris, and San Francisco.
